I honestly couldn’t recommend Elaine from Penguin Mortgages highly enough! As a first-time buyer, I had no idea what to expect and initially found the whole mortgage process quite overwhelming, but Elaine made everything feel incredibly simple and stress-free. She found me a great mortgage rate, explained everything clearly and patiently, and was always there whenever I had a question. She also helped me through all the paperwork and made sure I understood what was happening at every stage. What could have been a really stressful process was made super easy thanks to Elaine. She was always quick to respond, persistent in chasing things up and determined to help me get answers whenever they were needed. Her support and reassurance throughout the whole process made such a difference. I would highly recommend Elaine
Elaine was amazing throughout our whole mortgage experience. Any time we had questions, she would message us back immediately and put our minds at rest. She was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects and knew the answer for all of our worries and questions. I cannot thank Elaine enough for all the work they have put in to help me with my first time buying a property. They took a lot of the stress off of me by organising the mortgage and solicitors, which was a huge help. That video changed my mindset and made me believe that owning my own home was possible. I reached out to Elaine, and from day one she was kind, patient, approachable, and genuinely supportive.
